Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes - we ship worldwide.
First Class Shipping And Handling (Paid - $3.99):
The shipping cost increases based on the quantity of products you order, as the package weight increases. For instance, if you order two products, the shipping cost will be $3.99 for the first product and an additional $1 for the second product, resulting in a total of $4.99.

The average shipping time for the past 30 days is 12 business days for orders in the specified countries above. (please note sometimes the shipping company may have some delays such as holidays, full facilities, customs control, bad weather etc. we can't control these delays)
Please note: When we send you the tracking number it needs a few days to update in the shipping company database, please do not panic your order is in transit

Additionally, all items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. This includes order verification, payment processing, verification, quality control, and packaging. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-5 business days of payment. The handling period is not counted in the estimated shipping days noted above. We do not ship on weekends.
If your order does provide tracking information, you will receive an automated tracking code via email from USPS, UPS, or FedEx after the order has been fulfilled and is ready for shipment; there is no need to request a tracking number. Please note that it can take up to 5 days for the correct tracking information to show up.
Your multiple-item order will generally be shipped separately, due to different warehouse locations for various items. This also ensures that you receive your items as quickly as possible. You may receive part of your order before the rest of it, and this is completely normal. It doesn't mean that we have forgotten about your other items.
We cannot guarantee the delivery timeframe if the post office or shipping carrier has any unexpected delays due to holidays, weather, customs, or other conditions. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. We are not responsible for import duties taxes and customs fees.
Please double-check your order details to make sure your shipping address is correct. If you need to change your address after having placed an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot change your shipping details or cancel your order after having dispatched your items. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address, you will be required to pay additional shipping charges. We cannot be held liable for products sent to the wrong address if wrong shipping details have been provided.
Delivery and mail theft are continually on the rise, especially during the holidays, and with each shipment, we provide a tracking number either through FedEx, UPS, or USPS. If for some reason, your delivery is stolen and we can verify with the tracking number that the shipment was delivered, we do not take responsibility and ship another order for free nor do we provide a refund. Sadly we are not responsible for any lost or unclaimed packages. Please contact your local post office to inquire where your package may be - sometimes it is held at your local main post office branch for you to pick up. We encourage all of our customers to utilize a secure post office box, dropbox or have it held at a local FedEx or UPS station to avoid this concern. Additionally, if the products delivered are perishable and perish during this delay, we do not accept responsibility nor provide a refund.
We appreciate your patience if you haven't received items within 30 Business days. If you are concerned in any way, please feel free to contact us via the contact form instead of leaving negative feedback or opening a dispute. We will make every effort to fix any problem (resend or refund any missing item).
Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates and up to 35 business days. If your order hasn't arrived within 45 business days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund of your purchase. (This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing wrong shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
